I am an IBM Certified ODM Consultant with 6+ years of experience in designing and developing end to end BRMS and BPM enterprise applications systems. I consider myself a mixed profile, both technical and functional, offering added value in the projects I've been involved, knowing the clients business and core processes with a strong technical knowledge background.

Currently as an IBM ODM developer for the BR7 Maersk Simplification projects.

Business Process - Functional Analyst

Functional leader on a project to manage risks and reduce customer support times by implementing a process-based system for one of the biggest banks in Peru. My main functions were:
- Gathering information through regular meetings with the client and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements.
- Designing use case diagrams and integration with other systems. (RUP)
- Managing the technical team of development, meeting the dates set of deliverables. (Project Gantt)
- Leading QA initiatives such as, test case designs and executions.
-  Defining business rules. Prototyping of interfaces, reports, and data model.
-  Managing project changes control, preparing presentations of the project progress to the client.
-  Application of methodologies (BPMN 2.0) for the design of processes and interfaces on the Red Hat JBoss BPM software tool.
-  Definition of process variables, business objects and process configurations. Identify human, system and service tasks.

ODM Developer - BPM Analyst

Improved Peru's National Pension Office's accuracy and cut processing time by implementing a sustainable BPM solution. My main functions were:
- Created a course to manage and train the ONP staff on IBM ODM software tool.
- Analyzing and designing processes using IBM's BPM Process Designer tool.
- Identifying variables and services in the IBM BPM application, KPI's and other indicators of management.
- Working on continuous improvement of the implemented processes by defining Business Objects, Coach Views, and Human Services.
- Full rule development cycle- identification, analysis, design and implementation of business rules using ODM.
- Defining XOM and BOM definitions using standard BPM and SOA approaches.
- Developing of test cases for business rules in the Rule Designer (ODM).
- Managing business rules through the Decision Center and coordinate with SOA team to expose rules as web services.
